- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location
- Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a PCU float pool setting, with potential to float to other units or campuses as needed
- Manage patient assignments with estimated ratios of 1:3-4
- Perform IV starts and monitor telepic equipment
- Respond to unit-specific needs and adapt to various acuity levels
- Ensure compliance with all credentialing and travel requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid compact or state nursing license in Ohio at the time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown settings
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven skills in IV start procedures and telepic monitoring
- Experience with floating between units and campuses preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a float pool environment
- Prior travel nursing experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
