Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Monitor resident health status and document observations
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
- Support residents with daily activities and provide compassionate care
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or valid compact license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of prior Geriatric LPN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Strong knowledge of geriatric care and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
