Schedule / Job Type

• Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex obstetric and gynecologic ultrasonic imaging procedures on both ambulatory and hospitalized patients in various clinical settings.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed during exams.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation under the supervision of a Radiologist and MFM specialist.
• Assist in assessment and diagnosis of pregnancy-related conditions using sonographic techniques.
• Maintain patient care and ensure adherence to established protocols during imaging procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited sonography program.
• Certification in sonography by ARRT (Sonography - SR) or ARDMS (OB/GYN or Abdomen).
• Less than 1 year of experience in diagnostic medical sonography.
• Certification or within 1 year of hire for Fetal Echocardiography (FE) or Nuchal Translucency (NT).
• Valid registration for OB/GYN or Abdomen from recognized certifying body.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience performing obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical procedures to patients.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced clinical environments.
