Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shift (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a hospital-based Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Float to other campuses as needed (Ontario and Galion) to maintain staffing levels
• Respond to on-call requests, arriving at the hospital within 1 hour when called in
• Follow medication scanning protocols and maintain accurate documentation
• Adhere to staffing ratios and safety standards in a high-acuity setting
• Complete required modules through HealthStream prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent and consecutive experience in MS-Tele in a hospital or acute care setting
• Valid state nursing license (pending licenses not accepted)
• Knowledge of medication scanning procedures
• Travel experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Epic experience preferred
• Ability to float across multiple campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion) as needed
• Willingness to work day shifts and on-call shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Tier2 travel compliance protocols
• Prior experience working in a smoke-free healthcare facility
