Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and family members
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document care activities
• Educate patients and families on disease management, symptom control, and end-of-life care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in hospice or home health settings
• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care (CHPC) or related credentials
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
