- Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and family members
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document care activities
- Educate patients and families on disease management, symptom control, and end-of-life care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and interventions
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota
- Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in hospice or home health settings
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care (CHPC) or related credentials
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
