• Full-time, day shifts, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and neuro diagnoses
• Manage 12 to 16 patient treatments per day, following department protocols
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Work under the supervision of the PT manager and adhere to clinical standards
• Participate in a one-week department orientation with an assigned mentor

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license applicable in Wisconsin
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong orthopedic skills
• Willingness to work in acute care inpatient and outpatient settings
• Ability to work well-rounded with various specialties
• Previous experience in outpatient clinics (minimum 1 year) or inpatient PT (including school experience acceptable for inpatient)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certification in dry needling
• Neuro rehabilitation experience
• Experience working with a variety of specialties and patient types
• Willingness to consider first-time travelers and travel duos/pairs
