- Full-time, day shifts, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acute inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and neuro diagnoses
- Manage 12 to 16 patient treatments per day, following department protocols
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Work under the supervision of the PT manager and adhere to clinical standards
- Participate in a one-week department orientation with an assigned mentor
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license applicable in Wisconsin
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong orthopedic skills
- Willingness to work in acute care inpatient and outpatient settings
- Ability to work well-rounded with various specialties
- Previous experience in outpatient clinics (minimum 1 year) or inpatient PT (including school experience acceptable for inpatient)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certification in dry needling
- Neuro rehabilitation experience
- Experience working with a variety of specialties and patient types
- Willingness to consider first-time travelers and travel duos/pairs
