Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to long-term care patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Complete therapy sessions flexibly within a schedule between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient care and progress.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of California.
• Ability to work full-time on a temporary basis starting immediately.
• Flexibility to work within a schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or as needed.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience assisting in a SNF setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
