Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, and stepdown units.
• Float between various medical and surgical units as needed.
• Perform procedures such as wound vac management and chest tube care.
• Utilize Meditech EMR, Pyxis, and other equipment to support patient care.
• Maintain professional nursing attire and adheres to unit-specific protocols.
• Complete orientation and training for each assigned unit.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii RN license (must be obtained prior to start date).
• 2-10 years of nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (1845 to 0715).
• Experience with Meditech EMR, Pyxis, and wound care equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, or ENPC certifications are a plus.
• Experience floating across medical and surgical units.
• Strong ability to adapt to unit-specific procedures and protocols.
