Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, general MSK, vestibular, post-operative, and student athletes.
• Manage a caseload with productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinic management to ensure patient care quality and compliance with treatment plans.
• Participate in float coverage to other clinics within the region as needed.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, after approval of additional hours by the director.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or eligibility to practice as a physical therapist in Louisiana.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to float between clinics and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with orthopedic, MSK, vestibular, or post-op patients.
• Newly licensed graduates encouraged to apply.
• Outpatient or orthopedic settings experience preferred but not required.
