• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment.

Note:
A salary placement fee of 10% applies. Compensation ranges from $46 to $55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This position offers 40 hours per week.
