Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promote patient education to support recovery and health maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Minnesota.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Bilingual skills or additional certifications are advantageous.
