Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, temp-to-hire, days, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in an outpatient/family medicine setting, adhering to clinical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to effectively coordinate patient care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, including triaging calls, counseling, education, and administering vaccinations and medications.
• Document patient encounters accurately in healthcare records, maintaining compliance with established guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety programs, and professional development activities.
• Maintain familiarity with clinic policies and contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Utah Registered Nurse license.
• At least one year of RN experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs without assistance and more with aid.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or family medicine nursing experience.
• Knowledge of age-specific patient care principles.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
