Key Responsibilities
- Assist in interventional radiology and special procedure procedures using Philips Biplane equipment.
- Support patient imaging procedures such as PICC lines, C-lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, embolizations, filter placements, neuro, and biopsies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure workflow efficiency and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech electronic medical record system.
- Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, including scrubbing in with hospital-provided attire.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RT-R certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Prior IR (Interventional Radiology) experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neuro IR procedures experience.
- Experience with complex vascular access or interventional procedures.
