Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Level II trauma hospital setting.
• Work in accordance with facility policies, including working every other weekend and rotating holidays.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Follow hospital dress code and safety protocols.
• Adhere to scheduling and operational guidelines to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work 10.5-hour day shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to rotate weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in hospital or trauma center settings preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
• Certification in CPR and BLS.
