Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Float to PCU or Medical-Surgical units as needed based on census fluctuations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to emergencies.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active Hawaii RN license prior to start date.
- Ability to float between ICU, PCU, and Med Surg units.
- Availability to work consecutive weekends if required.
- Valid nursing license with appropriate certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ICU experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
