Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
- Monitor and document patient health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Ability to work days shifts and adapt to a flexible part-time schedule
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
