Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor patient health status and report significant observations to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily living activities and support patient comfort
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in North Carolina
• At least 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong communication and patient care skills
