Full-time, 13-week assignment, rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long-Term Care facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and document accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or LTCH environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Certified in CPR and First Aid
