Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging exams primarily for inpatients, with some outpatient procedures.
• Conduct imaging for emergency and trauma patients in urgent care settings.
• Operate fluoroscopy equipment within surgical or sterile environments, utilizing C-Arms.
• Carry out portable and departmental imaging exams, moving equipment as needed.
• Assist in patient intake by collecting medical histories and explaining procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret images and determine the need for additional imaging.

Required Qualifications

• Valid ARRT certification in Radiography.
• State licensure/registration as required.
• BLS certification.
• Proficiency in operating imaging equipment such as GE, Philips, Carestream, and OEC systems.
• Ability to perform patient positioning and technical factors across diverse populations, including children and elderly.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in emergency or trauma imaging is a plus.
• Familiarity with hospital PACS systems such as Change Healthcare and Epic.
• Excellent patient communication skills and attention to safety procedures.
