• Full-time, Days shifts, 7 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, developing individualized treatment plans
• Assess patients' needs and progress, adjusting therapy approaches accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and management strategies
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice
• Strong assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and technologies
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
