Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in the delivery of patient care.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises under supervision.
• Monitor patient progress and document session details.
• Provide compassionate support to patients during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience in a therapy assistant role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper patient handling techniques.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
