Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting, following established treatment plans.
• Complete documentation directly with the therapy provider outside of initial clearance processes.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain active licensure and comply with facility and regulatory standards.
• Participate in onboarding and follow organizational policies regarding staffing and dress code.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Maryland.
• Experience working in a clinical or setting-specific environment.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Willingness to work full-time days with 8-hour shifts.
• Equipment provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with setting-specific therapy practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of documentation protocols for therapy providers.
