Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services according to established treatment plans.
• Complete documentation and coordinate with ATI prior to assignment start.
• Work approximately 40 hours per week with scheduled days.
• Follow all credentialing requirements and departmental protocols.
• Participate in team activities and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting and providing physical therapy services.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately.
• Equipment provided during interview.
• Must be able to start on or around 5/4.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior work history at ATI as a traveler or permanent staff.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with holiday scheduling and billing procedures.
