Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, home exercise programs, and techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and treatments.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical physical therapy setting.
• Familiarity with current therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.
