- Full-time, 13-week contract, day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation with minimal supervision
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols in a modern, rural healthcare facility
- Work three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of recent nursing experience
- Valid RN license in Oregon or appropriate state licensure
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in medical-surgical units or similar hospital departments
- Comfort working with both adult and pediatric patient populations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
