Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Complete documentation accurately in the facility’s electronic health record system in accordance with standards.
- Provide patient-centered, compassionate care with a team-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Strong documentation and time-management skills.
- Flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- Mentorship available for candidates with limited experience.
