Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Support patients through education and encouragement during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.
• Good communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with elderly or restricted mobility patients.
• Familiarity with gym and therapeutic equipment such as NuStep, parallel bars, and aquatic therapy tools.
