Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on outpatient physical therapy care
- Manage care for geriatric patients with chronic pain, orthopedic, and balance concerns
- Supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Deliver high-quality, manual therapy-based treatment
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure patient progress and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Outpatient therapy experience
- Strong manual therapy skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with geriatric populations
- Passion for autonomous, impactful clinical work
- Ability to lead and mentor team members
