• Full-time, Days, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and perform procedures in accordance with department policies.
• Collaborate with physicians to perform a variety of specialized procedures within the cath lab and electrophysiology (EP) suite.
• Set up and adjust imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Position patients appropriately, ensuring comfort and safety while respecting patient needs.
• Obtain correct patient information and ensure proper documentation for each procedure.
• Practice sterile techniques to prevent cross-contamination.
• Provide radiation protection for patients, staff, and self using PPE and other safety guidelines.
• Recognize emergent situations and activate assistance promptly.
• Assist other departments and shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Licensed with the Indiana State Board of Health.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform shared lifting of up to 100 lbs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in interventional procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of imaging various anatomical structures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with general computer applications.
• Ability to take call, multi-task, and work independently using critical thinking skills.
