• Full-time, Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services to adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, including fall risk assessments and orthopedic evaluations such as ACL tears, post-operative back pain, calf strains, Achilles tendinitis, disc herniations, fractures, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, utilizing non-surgical interventions and post-operative care for rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, and other orthopedic conditions.
• Manage patient progress through documentation and communication, maintaining productivity goals of at least 11 visits per day and 55 per week.
• Utilize NextGen electronic health records and productivity tools to ensure compliance and efficient workflow.
• Support the management of neuro-related conditions such as concussion, Parkinson’s Disease, and vestibular/vertigo disorders.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Virginia.
• Experience conducting evaluations and assessments, including fall risk assessments and orthopedic evaluations.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, preferably NextGen.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and meet productivity standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients.
• Familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities for musculoskeletal and neuro conditions.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience is a plus.
