• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP
Location
• St. Petersburg, FL
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel
• Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, working 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology (EP) departments.
• Monitor and support patients undergoing cardiac procedures, ensuring safety and compliance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with medical teams to execute treatment plans and manage patient recovery.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in rotating schedules including holidays and weekends, as required.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology (EP).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills specific to cardiac procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and equipment.
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
