Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Monitor patient health status and document observations per facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
Required Qualifications
- Active State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts reliably
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with elderly patient care or chronic condition management
- CPR/BLS certification
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
