Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Intermediate Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, or Stepdown unit.
- Serve as a charge nurse, taking on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and execute patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Document patient information accurately in accordance with hospital policies.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Willingness to serve as a charge nurse.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts.
- Willing to travel for assignments.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a travel nursing role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple patients.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
