Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients during night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to travel assignments.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with cardiac patient care.
- Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility SOPs.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
