Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the IMC, PCU, or stepdown units, monitoring and managing acute and transitional patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient conditions and treatments accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed.
• Assist with procedures such as epidural management, chest tube management, and IV medication administration.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of adult acute care nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown care units.
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and relevant medical procedures.
• Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments.
