Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients to improve their functional abilities
- Assess patient's needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapy sessions and monitor progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification in the state of California
- Relevant educational background in occupational therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with diverse therapeutic techniques and equipment
