- Full-time, Contract, 13-week assignment, Day shifts, rotating weekends, travel position
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures accurately and efficiently following established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Operate MRI equipment, including GE MRI systems, and manage contrast and non-contrast procedures.
- Adhere to unit policies and guidelines, including dress code and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system (Cerner).
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist registration and licensure.
- At least 2 years of relevant MRI imaging experience.
- Ability to perform breast MRI procedures preferred.
- CPR certification (if required).
- Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient care standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with GE MRI systems.
- Previous work in a hospital setting with high patient volume.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
