Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients based on individualized treatment plans.
- Assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring functional abilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
- Maintain adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
- Proven experience in outpatient or clinical physical therapy settings.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
