Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients following treatment plans
- Assess patient condition and progress, adjusting treatments as needed
- Document patient care and maintain accurate health records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement therapy programs
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and injury prevention
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Licensed Physical Therapist
- Relevant degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
