Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy support to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Support patient progress through various therapeutic activities.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Reliable and compassionate with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a rehab or long-term care setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records.
