- Nights, Travel, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced respiratory care to adult patients in a busy hospital setting.
- Operate and monitor sophisticated ventilator and oxygen therapy equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Assist with procedures involving respiratory treatments and assessments.
- Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Float across various critical care units as needed to support staffing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- North Carolina Respiratory License.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NRP certification.
- Advanced Cardiac and Critical Care Skills (ACCS).
