Schedule / Job Type
- Part-time, nights shift, local only, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in SNF or LTC settings.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
