Schedule / Job Type
- Part-time, contract, 12.5-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor and document patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate resident services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1-year experience in LTC/SNF settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Familiarity with clinical procedures specific to LTC/SNF environments
