Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff
Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
• Proven experience working in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities
• Strong nursing assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with geriatric patient care
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
