Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including workers' compensation cases.
• Manage a productivity standard of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality care in a collaborative outpatient setting, adhering to clinic policies and guidelines.
• Work independently with flexibility to support multiple clinics, if needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with schedule flexibility for up to 40 hours per week.
• Approval from director required for any overtime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with workers' compensation patients beneficial.
