- Night shifts, Full-time (5 shifts per week), approximately 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide surgical support in a 4-bed facility, assisting with various procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical interventions
- Maintain sterile techniques and proper surgical environment
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification in Ukeru, Proact, and CPR
- Experience with surgical support in healthcare settings
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in crisis homes or EBSH environments
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
