Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical support and assistance in a healthcare setting.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Support the clinical team with necessary procedures and patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
• Assist with crisis intervention and mental health support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Experience or training in crisis care environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical setting.
• Knowledge of Ukeru and Proact safety techniques.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in surgical or mental health facilities.
• Additional certifications related to healthcare or patient safety.
