Key Responsibilities
- Circulate independently during surgical procedures in the OR setting
- Provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgeries
- Assist with a variety of procedures, excluding transplants, utilizing standard and advanced OR equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow
- Adapt to unit policies and new technology to maintain optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license with current registration
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience
- Ability to circulate independently in surgical settings
- Flexibility to work on a 4-day, 10-hour day shift schedule
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CNOR certification
- Experience with Meditech electronic medical records system
- Ability to scrub in on surgeries
