Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within a correctional facility, ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols.
- Float to different areas within the facility as needed to meet staffing requirements.
- Adhere to security protocols, including restrictions on personal devices such as cell phones and smart watches inside the secure perimeter.
- Communicate with loved ones via designated work station phones, respecting security guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings and every other weekend.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous correctional healthcare experience is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a secure, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and patient care standards.
