Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, day and night options, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision of nursing staff across units, floating as needed based on patient care demands
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Assist in patient care coordination and support clinical staff in delivering high-quality care
• Manage emergency situations and act as a leader in clinical decision-making
• Effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain smooth daily operations
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate documentation in Epic charting system

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain one
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS highly preferred but not mandatory
• Vehicle required for travel between units and facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in a hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records system
• Ability to float between units and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
